Wellness Checks

Looking after yourself is critical to achieving personal and academic success. The mid-term point in the semester is a key time to check how you are doing. Just like you calculate your grade and GPA, you need to check and care for your well-being to help you succeed throughout your studies.


To help you determine where you’re at, representatives from Student Development and Counselling and Academic Coaching will be traveling around the SAIT main campus and Aero Centre to help students complete a confidential Wellness Check in addition to developing a plan for ongoing personal and academic wellness.


Students who are unable to attend this event can complete a confidential online Wellness Check. If you have questions, there is support available at SAIT Student Development and Counselling Services. Counselling is confidential and FREE to current SAIT students. To make an appointment, please call 403.284.7023 or stop by our office in Heritage Hall, AA205.
