The Stress Less Series returns to SAIT this November. Being a student is demanding. Come learn how to manage stress effectively this semester at Student Development and Counselling’s three part series.

November 14: Developing a Stress Less Plan

November 21: Relaxation Tips and Tricks

November 28: Improving Your Sleep

All sessions will take place 5:00 – 6:00 pm in the Stan Grad Building, Room MB 228 (2nd floor). Free pizza will be provided. Come to one, two, or all three sessions.

                November 14: 12:00 – 1:00 pm @ Aero Centre Campus, Room FA207

                November 26: 5:30 – 7:00 pm @ SAIT Residence, Begin Tower Basement, Function Room B
